Office 365 Email Migration – Initial Setup is a TechSoup service that prepares your organization for moving up to 24 existing email boxes to Office 365.
This offer provides the initial setup needed to prepare for a migration of up to 24 existing on-premises or cloud-based email boxes to Office 365. You only need to request this offer once to set up your migration for up to 24 mailboxes.
To complete your email migration, you also need to request Office 365 Email Migration – 1 Mailbox for each mailbox you want to migrate.
About Office 365 Email Migration – Initial Setup
This service includes provisioning and setting up your Microsoft cloud licenses, setting up a DNS redirect, assigning licenses to users, and other steps to ensure that you are prepared to migrate up to 24 mailboxes to Office 365.
If you need to migrate 25 or more mailboxes, you should request Office 365 Email Migration – Consultation to get a recommendation for your migration options.
The administrative fee for this product is not refundable, and the product cannot be exchanged.
